A little known fact about me: I won the hula hoop contest in high school. Cool, right? Ok, ok, it's cheesy but I'm still very proud of my accomplishment!
Today is my mother-in-law's 70th birthday and it was my job to run around town and pick up the party supplies. It was hot so to keep cool, I donned this cream sun dress and light-weight shrug. Vintage leather accessories kept the outfit from looking too "sweet". Unfortunately I made it up by eating tons of chocolate birthday cake :(
